Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, opened, used, or are not in resellable condition are not eligible for return.

Returns based solely on incorrect size selection are not accepted. Please review the size guide carefully and confirm your measurements before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect orders placed by customers, so please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Before returning any item, you must contact us at info@soloturkstore.eu for return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.

We also do not accept returns for sale items, outlet items, selected accessories, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, if eligible, and make a separate purchase for the new item after your return is accepted.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, the item must still be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
